Financial matters
There is no registration fee.In addition, we will try to reimburse the contributors of the workshop from EU Member States, Candidate and Potential Candidate Countries. Full or partial reimbursement of travel and/or hotel costs is expected within the available budget. In such cases please contact the organizers before you puchase ticket or service for the refund conditions.
Guidelines
- Prefer economical choices for travel. This allows us to support more participants.
- For transport to/from Budapest airport, use the shuttle service arranged by the organizers
- Taxi costs can be reimbursed to a limited amount
- If you arrange your accomodation, the reimbursed sum is maximum 65 Euro/night. However, we strongly recommend to stay at Hotel Normafa.
- All receipts should contain Institute of Isotopes, Hungarian Academy of Sciences, 29-33 Konkoly T. street, H-1121 Budapest, Hungary as payer.
- Accompanying persons are welcome, but for an additional registration fee. This includes the Reception and the Conference dinner.
Language
The conference language is English.Currency, exchange, credit cards
The official currency in Hungary is the Hungarian Forint (HUF). There are coins to the value of 5, 10, 20, 50, 100 and 200 forints, and notes for 200, 500, 1,000, 2,000, 5,000, 10,000 and 20,000 forints. As the coins with value of 1 and 2 forints are withdrawn from circulation, prices are rounded to the nearest number divisable by five.Exchange facilities are available at the airport, in hotels, and at the branches of banks. American Express, Visa, Diners, Eurocard, Master Card are generally accepted in hotels, first class restaurants and city stores, but you should look for the appropriate logo before ordering a service.
